In today's real estate market, your home needs to be buyer-ready. Fresh, unique and compelling. Styled to move quickly—and at the highest price. You have precious seconds to captivate a prospective buyer—and their experience begins at the curb. Today’s buyer needs to fall in love with your home in the first instant.

Since 2008, we have designed environments to entice buyers and encourage strong offers. No property is too large or small for us to show off its best features and highlight its unique qualities. At Madison Modern Home, we guide each project from beginning to completion with an eye toward exceptional quality and attention to detail. Homes we have styled stay on the market an average of six short weeks. Some have entered escrow within a mere 24 hours of listing. We ensure you'll experience a smooth transition from listed to sold.

Working with a client’s existing furniture and accessories is sometimes simply a matter of evaluating what the rooms have too much of… and what they have not enough of.

In this case, we told our client that there were “lights and darks, but no middles,” in terms of color. Lots of high contrast darks against lighter colors. But all the colors were drab and nothing popped. So we added oranges and whites which complemented the moss greens. A bicycle stored behind the sofa is now hidden by a folding screen. The client’s shoes were transferred to the closet, where they belonged. A pair of bright orange lamps and orange pillows in a matching tone were added for punch.

We moved a rug from the dining room into the living room. In the dining room, we repositioned the table and chairs and set the table for a meal. We moved the coffee maker from the dining table into the kitchen, and then we hung gold floor-length curtains to add warmth. Simple touches…Big impact.
