You have precious seconds to captivate a prospective buyer—and their experience begins at the curb. Today’s buyer needs to fall in love with your home in the first instant.

Since 2008, we have designed environments to entice buyers and encourage strong offers. No property is too large or small for us to show off its best features and highlight its unique qualities. At Madison Modern Home, we guide each project from beginning to completion with an eye toward exceptional quality and attention to detail. Homes we have styled stay on the market an average of six short weeks. Some have entered escrow within a mere 24 hours of listing. We ensure you'll experience a smooth transition from listed to sold.

and now for something completely different

We love a cute traditional house with good bones. And we had the opportunity recently at Madison Modern Home to stage a home that had all of that… and was cute, cozy and charming at the same time. The only problem: it was also empty. So the owner asked us to warm it up with our signature mix of traditional and modern. Here are the results, told in a before and after sequence…

Following are the other rooms and detail shots… Below, a combined guest room/office that would also be a perfect teen girl’s bedroom. The white wicker   desk was a thrift shop find…

A second bedroom was treated to a more masculine, modern color and design scheme…

We found the three-legged chair at a thrift shop and it turned out to be the perfect addition to the hearth of this vintage fireplace…

Decorative accessories sourced from many places share space in the built-in shelves with books with spines turned to the back. It’s less distracting than having the spines facing outward…

Who knew that a 60-year-old collection of vintage plates would prove to be the perfect addition to the cute built-ins in the breakfast nook?…

We found vintage advertising pages from a 1909 magazine and framed them for the perfect addition to the bathroom walls…

Fresh apple green coordinates perfectly with the vintage dishes in this modern take on a classic breakfast nook. It’s sunny and inviting now…

Vintage globe and poster accent the wicker desk. A modern chair adds clean lines to cut the “cute” factor a bit…

The dining room was treated to a high contrast black, cream and green color scheme.
